JONATHAN NAPITUPULU, CEO
Jonathan "Jon" has over 20 years of experience designing, developing, and operating innovative healthcare and biotech startups. As an experienced medical laboratory scientist and having co-found three CLIA/CAP accredited high-complexity laboratories, Jon focuses now on consulting foreign (as well as domestic) companies whose goal is to bring their Medical Devices & Diagnostic, Health IT and Technology-Enabled Health services and products to the United States.

ELAINE NAPITUPULU, COO
As the COO of Perdana Group, Elaine is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the firm and providing partner clients with strategic planning, product and process innovation, organizational performance, supply chain solutions, and marketing and commercial due diligence. 

ROBERT NAPITUPULU, CFO
As the CFO of Perdana Group, Robert Napitupulu is responsible is responsible for the financial and operational growth of the firm and its operating subsidiaries.

In addition to overseeing the Finance, Accounting, and Billing departments, he also work closely with the Sales organization to help ensure continued profitability and growth.
